Client access is tied to issued records.
The portal is an organized delivery view for authorized account holders. It does not create a public profile or broaden the scope of any certificate.
A signed-in client sees only the COAs that Odyssey Standards has assigned to that account.
Certificate status and revision information remain visible so the current issued record can be identified.
Missing, incorrect, or unavailable records can be reported through the contact page with the accession number.
